A sustainable extension to North West Knutsford

Bluebell Village is a 34 acre, sustainable mixed-use extension to North West Knutsford comprising 225-250 dwellings, up to 50 bed care home, local centre, and ancillary infrastructure including improved footpath and cycle connections and public open space. The site is allocated in the Cheshire East Local Plan as part of the wider North West Knutsford allocation (LPS36).

The Estate have been working with stakeholders including the planning authority, statutory consultees and community to secure outline planning permission.

Bluebell Village will be the flagship development marking a “new era” for the Estate, which is now managed by professional Trustees, with Fisher German as the Managing Agents. The Trustees’ and family beneficiaries’ vision is to be a reliable partner that delivers sustainable, well designed and connected communities that foster prosperity for existing and new residents. The project team for Bluebell Village will therefore be required to deliver exemplar placemaking, design and sustainability standards.

The next stage of the project will include:

At all stages and prior to the submission of reserved matters application, the Estate commits to consult the community on the proposals.
